  • Cloud storage is provided by third-party services with their own security measures
  • You can disable cloud sync and delete cloud-stored data at any time

  • Use your data for marketing purposes without consent
  • Provide your information to healthcare providers, insurers, or employers

Data Sharing and Disclosure

User-Initiated Sharing

When you use export features (email, PDF export, data backup), you are choosing to share your data. Once data leaves the App through these features:

  • You are responsible for the security of that data
  • We cannot control how recipients handle your information
  • Email transmission is not encrypted end-to-end

We May Disclose Information If:

  • Required by law, court order, or legal process
  • Necessary to protect our rights or safety
  • You provide explicit written consent

We Will Never:

  • Sell your personal health information
  • Share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes
  • Provide your information to insurance companies or employers

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:

  • Local data storage keeps your information on your device
  • Password protection for your account
  • Encrypted data transmission for cloud features
